AGE - Reader Compact Unit (CU) 是 AGE - Reader 系列產品中最新的款式。此一小巧的裝置內含一台迷你電腦和電池, 需要以觸控螢幕操作及控制。AGE - Reader 是攜帶式的裝置,且不需設定便能使用。在測量之後,可用預先設定好的印表機列印報告。亦可額外選購電腦軟體, 以使用其他的分析功能 (AGE - Reader CU DataView 軟體)。
產品特點
AGE - Reader 是第一台採非侵入式判讀組織晚期糖基化終產物 (Advanced Glycation Endproducts, AGEs ) 的儀器。它的主要原理是利用紫外光照射生成之自體螢光反應(skin autofluorescence, skin AF ), 可以快速、即時的預測可能罹患心血管疾病、糖尿病、或腎臟功能不全等疾病的危險機率。
